Q) When does the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie of the Year Instant Win promotion start?
A) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Cookie of the Year Instant Win game (the “Game”) starts on July 1, 2016 at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2017 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET (“Game Period”).
Q) Who is eligible to participate?
A) The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 for residents of AL and NE) at the time of entry. For full details, please see our Official Rules page.
Q) How do I participate?
A) To enter during the Game Period, visit http://www.VeryBestBaking.com/CookieoftheYear (“Website”) and enter your date of birth and email address, and then play the Game by entering one (1) unique code (“Code”) to see if you are an instant winner. Instant Winners will be notified on-screen immediately following Game Play.
Q) Where do I find Codes?
A) Codes can be found inside specially-marked packages of BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Cookie of the Year refrigerated cookie dough packages during the Game Period, while supplies last.

To obtain a Code without purchase, email your request with “Nestle Toll House” in the subject line and send to: NestleTollHouse@Brandmovers.com. Upon receipt of your request, the Administrator will email an entry Code.

Q) How often can I play?
A) Limit one (1) Game Play per Code and limit of 457 total Game Plays per person/email address for the entire Game Period.

Q) Can I enter on my mobile device?
A) Of course! Simply go to http://www.VeryBestBaking.com/CookieoftheYear on your mobile device. At present, only iOS (Apple) and Android devices are supported. If you’re using a different device, please enter on your computer.
Q) How many winners are there?
A) There will be a total of sixty-five (65) instant Grand Prize winners (each a, “Grand Prize Winner”) in the Game. There will be one (1) instant Grand Prize winner each week throughout the Game Period and each winner will be determined by a randomly populated time-stamp table of a pre-determined time each week throughout the Game Period. For purposes of this Game, a week shall begin at 12:00:00 PM ET on Friday and end at 11:59:59 AM ET the following Friday. Limit of one (1) instant win per email address.

Q) What are the prizes?
A) Cookies for a year in the form of 52 VIP coupons (each coupon valid for any one (1) package of NESTLE TOLL HOUSE refrigerated cookie dough). Maximum retail value per VIP coupon is $4.29. The total retail value of each prize is $223.08.

Q) How will I know if I’ve won?
A) Instant Winners will be notified on-screen immediately following Game Play. Odds of being an instant winner depend on the time of day the game is played and the number of instant win prizes remaining available.
Q) I can’t read the Code, it’s smudged or missing from the package, what do I do?
A) Simply email a request for a new Code, using “Nestle Toll House” in the subject line and send to: NestleTollHouse@Brandmovers.com. Upon receipt of your request, the Administrator will email you a new Code.
Q) I sent an email request for a Code, but never received an email Code.
A) We’ve found the following tips sometimes help:
  • Be sure the subject line is “Nestle Toll House” and does not include RE: or FW: or any other words/characters.
  • Be sure to check your SPAM and/or Junk folders.
  • Make sure the NestleTollHouse@Brandmovers.com email address is not on your Block Senders list.
